Major Support Partner

RSL (Queensland Branch)’s primary objective is to provide for the sick, helpless, wounded, aged, vulnerable, destitute and needy among those who are serving or who have served in the Australian Defence Forces and their dependants.

While RSL Queensland’s core service delivery includes pension and advocacy assistance, financial support, housing assistance and short-term crisis accommodation, and support for transition from the military to civilian life, their focus on support for veterans extends to other organisations who provide services outside of this scope. That’s where Digger’s Rest comes in. As a not-for-profit organisation supporting the mental health and welfare of current and ex-serving members of the ADF and their families, Digger’s Rest receives financial support from RSL (Queensland Branch) to carry out their work; without which, many veterans would be without a place to turn to for respite.

RSL (Queensland Branch) is proud to be the major supporter of Diggers Rest as they support veterans through challenging times.
